Volunteer of the Show
RASWA relies on over 2000 volunteers each year to assist with the running of the Royal Show. From the group of dedicated volunteers, a person who makes outstanding commitment for the eight days of the Show is selected as “Volunteer of the Show”. This award is presented at an annual BBQ held in November.
The criteria of the awards includes:
- Initiative shown by the individual
- Attention to duty/detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm/Commitment
- Reliability
