Roxanne Mostert, from Redmond, has been awarded the Bendat Family Foundation Scholarship.
Roxanne Mostert, who graduated from the WA College of Agriculture in Denmark in 2014, is planning to major in agricultural science at UWA and work as an animal nutritionist or farm consultant.
“I enjoy working alongside people and I want to raise awareness of the importance of agriculture,” she said.
Roxanne is especially interested in animal feeding and digestion, microbiological soil health as well as sustainable agricultural practices. She is a former recipient of the AglinkEd and Year 11 RAS Agricultural Education Scholarship was named Agricultural Student of the Year at the National 2014 Farmer of the Year Awards in Melbourne.
